We had a great experience during our visit to CCRM IVF. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Rinku was very approachable, kind, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly, including what we need to do, what to prepare, and what we can expect throughout the process. We really appreciated how thorough and reassuring she was. We left the appointment feeling informed and satisfied with our visit. The system works great. The doctor was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. However, this is a very sensitive subject for me, and I was expecting a little more warmth and empathy during the interaction. The experience felt somewhat transactional, although that may simply be because it was our first interaction. I will continue with process, so I'm in.
