The system works great. The doctor was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. However, this is a very sensitive subject for me, and I was expecting a little more warmth and empathy during the interaction. The experience felt somewhat transactional, although that may simply be because it was our first interaction. I will continue with process, so I'm in.
